Supplemental Training Ideas

 

We need to be focusing on strengthening some of our weaker areas outside of the pool (as well as in the pool).

Putting some extra work in outside of the pool is recommended for Silver and Gold Group members.

PLEASE meet with coach to discuss specific areas of need and which options you should choose to meet those needs.
