                                     SUMMER MEET WORK / FOOD SCHEDULE

    Please use the following schedule to sign up for work and food assignments for the summer meets.

    Simply find the time for work and / or food you would like to be assigned to. Then sign up.

    These will be done on a first come basis.

    To sign up contact  Tim Richer or Linda Lacelle by the email links provided. The web site will becc work

    updated often with the filled slots. Should the time or assignment you requested be filled you will be

    contacted. At that time check the schedule to pick another. 

    Sign up early to get your preferred assignment.

  Anyone whose swimmer swims in finals needs to help pick up the pool area and stands.

 A session  (  Morning, Afternoon & Final ) Starts 1/2 hour before warm ups  

 and goes until the end of that session. 

 Please be prompt to your assignments.

Copy Helper This person will help staple ads to meet programs and run them out to the area where we are selling programs. Before warm-ups and during meet set up and replenish beverages and snacks in Officials room.  During meet distribute water to Officials, timers and crows nest workers (about once per hour)
